Fullmoonchild vencedores / Fullmoonchild winners

Ainda não anunciado oficialmente no site do Gsessions (www.gsessions.com) os Fullmoonchild foram os vencedores da primeira edição do concurso.

A data em que se realizará o concerto no Paradise Garage ainda não está definida e será anunciada assim que for acertada com a organização.

Agradecemos a todos os que se inscreveram e votaram pelo contributo.

É assim que os Fullmoonchild terão a sua primeira apresentação ao vivo com a nova formação.

Not yet announced at Gsessions website (www.gsessions.com) Fullmoonchild were the winners of this contest's first edition.

The date for the gig at Paradise Garage is not defined and will be announced when set up with the organization.

We thank all that registered and voted for their contribute.

It will be the first live presentation of Fullmoonchild with the new line up.

Todas as músicas do EP "Nothing Lasts Forever...", "Red Queen" e uma múscia nova, "The Curse" constam do nosso alinhamento, assim como uma nova versão de uma música conhecida dos 80's...

The rehearsals are in 100% and we are looking for a a venue to the new line up first live appearance...

All the songs in the "Nothing Lasts Forever..." EP, "Red Queen" and a new song, "The Curse" are on our setlist, as well as a new cover/version of a popular song from the 80's...

Soon we'll have band photos with the new line up.

Quem passou pelo site dos Fullmoonchild (em www.fullmoonchild.com) desde Agosto de 2006 reparou com certeza que não houve alterações / actualizações desde essa altura.

Não será por muito tempo que a situação vai ficar assim: ultrapassados os obstáculos os FMC estão agora a remodelar o seu site.

A banda conta que as remodelações fiquem prontas muito brevemente. Não deixem de passar pelo blog para mais notícias.

Anyone who visited Fullmoonchild's website (in www.fullmoonchild.com) since August 2006 certainly noticed that it hasn't been updated since then.

That situation is about to change soon: now that all the problems are solved FMC are updating the website.

The band hopes that it will be ready pretty soon. So, in the meanwhile, keep passing here at the weblog for more news.

Fevereiro 2007

Já com o line-up completo os Fullmoonchild estão agora em fase de ensaios.

Com os novos elementos do agrupamento a entrosarem-se na/com a musicalidade característica da banda os ensaios decorrem já na sua total normalidade.

Reencontrado o equílibrio a banda está numa fase de exploração de novos "caminhos" aproveitando não só a entrada de novos elementos (que trazem as suas ideias e influências) como também da adição de mais uma guitarra, permitindo, além de uma surpreendente alternância entre a guitarra solo e a guitarra ritmo, a libertação do teclado, permitindo ao Miguel "Silêncio" uma maior mobilidade sonora e quem sabe a intensificação de ambientes.

Fullmoonchild´s line-up is complete and the band is now in the rehearsals fase.

With the new elements having a good adaptation with/in the characteristical musicality of the band, the rehearsals are back to the complete normality that the band was used to.

After finding the balance, the band begins to explore new paths taking advantage not only of the entrance of the new elements (that bring their new ideas and influences) but also of the addition of a second guitar, which allows, besides the amazing switching between the "solo" guitar and the "rhythm" guitar, the freedom to the keyboards, allowing Miguel "Silêncio" to explore new sounds and, who knows, the intensification of the ambience.
